Logstown Lofts currently plans two residential properties, each built in a historic local landmark, with more properties planned.
First built in 1894, and later expanded in early 1900’s, The Schoolhouse is a full historic restoration into 10 loft-style apartment units of mixed 1 and 2 bedrooms, and 1 retail space.
With over 10,000 sqft of rentable space with included modern, self-service on site fresh food retail space, The Schoolhouse sets a new standard for modern living with historic past. With adjacent leading-edge hydroponic produce farm and many other amenities, The Schoolhouse is a region’s first of embedded healthy living for residents.
Built in mid 1800’s, Aliquippa’s Fire Station stood for over a century as a cornerstone to the local community. Logstown Lofts is undergoing early construction and preservation works with the region’s leading architect, Desmone, to convert this historic property into modern loft-style living.

Creating a detailed design and engineering set, including full mechanical/electrical/plumbing design will drive our pre-construction efforts. Together with community engagement and discussions, this allows our team to create the artifacts necessary to enter construction phase.
Shovel hits the ground! We being groundbreaking and the process of bringing this dream a reality. Most of 2025 will be spent in this phase, in preparation for accepting applications for tenant occupancy.
It’s time to turn houses into homes! During this final phase we will focus on attracting tenants, streamlining our application process, and generally optimizing the property and process to minimize friction for tenants.
